Terms of purchase

1. General

These terms apply when you as a private individual buy Bibi the rabbit on bibi.se. By completing a purchase you accept the terms. You need to be 18 or have a guardian's permission to shop. If the Swedish and English versions differ, the Swedish version applies.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25 percent VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices, but you pay the price that applied when you placed your order.

3. Order and order confirmation

Once you have paid, you receive an order confirmation and a receipt at the email address you entered. The agreement between you and us applies from the moment payment is completed. Please check that the details in the confirmation are correct and contact us right away if anything is wrong.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, Klarna or Apple Pay. Card details are handled only by Stripe and never reach us. If you choose Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply.

5. Delivery

We ship within Sweden. The parcel is delivered to a pickup point you choose at checkout, DSV or DHL. You will get a text or email from the carrier when the parcel is ready to collect. We normally ship within 1 to 3 working days of payment, and delivery usually takes another 1 to 3 working days.

Shipping costs 59 SEK to a DSV pickup point and 89 SEK to a DHL pickup point. If you buy three rabbits or more, shipping is free to a DSV pickup point and 30 SEK to a DHL pickup point.

If the parcel is not collected within the pickup point's holding period, it is returned to us. We are then entitled to charge for shipping both ways.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14 day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The period starts the day after you collect the parcel.

To cancel your purchase, email [email protected] with your name and what you want to return. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form. Then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the return shipping yourself.

We refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back. The money is returned the same way you paid.

The item should be unused and in roughly the same condition as when you received it. If it has been used more than needed to see what it is like, we may deduct for the loss in value.

7. Complaints

You have the right to complain about faults in the item for three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as you discover the fault. If you get in touch within two months, your complaint always counts as made in time. Describe what is wrong and feel free to send a photo to [email protected]. If the complaint is approved, we pay the return shipping and replace the item or refund your money.

8. Product safety

Bibi the rabbit is CE marked according to the toy safety standard EN-71. Always read the washing and safety advice on the rabbit's label.

10. If we cannot agree

Always contact us first and we will solve it together. If we still cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We follow ARN's recommendations. Otherwise disputes are settled by Swedish general courts under Swedish law.
